Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo

This research discusses the Influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Palopo. This study aims: (1) To determine the organizational culture at MAN Palopo; (2) To determine the employee performance at MAN Palopo; (3) To determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at MAN Palopo. This research uses a causal associative type with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were the 52 employees of MAN Palopo, and the sampling technique used was a saturated (census) sample. Data was obtained through questionnaire instruments and documentation studies. The results of the analysis show that: (1) The organizational culture at MAN Palopo is in the "Poor" category, obtaining a percentage value of 67% with a frequency of 35 respondents; (2) Employee performance at MAN Palopo is running well, obtaining a percentage value of 85% with a frequency of 44 respondents; (3) There is a positive influence of organizational culture on employee performance at MAN Palopo, with a significance value < probability value (0.000 < 0.05) and a T-count > T-table value (2.197 > 1.675). This means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, stating that organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance at MAN Palopo. The magnitude of the influence obtained from the R-square is 55.3%.
