Abstract

PERUMDA Tirta Anai Drinking Water is a Regionally-Owned Enterprise engaged in the management of clean water. This company strives to minimize customer arrears. This is particularly relevant for the collection team, which faces difficulties in identifying customer addresses, as well as customer unfamiliarity with digital payments. This impacts declining profits and makes service quality difficult to improve. To overcome this problem, GPS (Global Positioning System) technology is used to determine the coordinates of customers with arrears. These coordinates are then imported into a website-based My Map system to facilitate the collection process. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results show that the use of this navigation map system can help the collection team in tracking customer addresses. Furthermore, interview analysis results indicate two main factors causing arrears: a lack of customer information and understanding of digital payment technology.Therefore, this smart navigation map system is expected to improve payment compliance and reduce the number of arrears.
