The development of information technology has encouraged the digitalization of payment systems in higher education institutions, including the payment of Tuition Fees (UKT). This study aims to analyze the implementation of a tuition payment information system through the Wondr by BNI mobile banking application using a procedural analysis approach based on screenshot documentation. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through screenshots of each stage of the UKT payment process and literature studies from credible sources. The results indicate that the Wondr by BNI application effectively supports the UKT payment process through a systematic workflow, starting from user authentication, Virtual Account input, bill verification, payment confirmation, to the output in the form of a digital transaction receipt. This payment information system is proven to improve transaction efficiency, accuracy, and security while enhancing transparency and accountability in academic financial management. Therefore, the utilization of the Wondr by BNI mobile banking application can serve as an effective alternative in supporting the digitalization of tuition payment systems in higher education institutions
