Pengaruh Pengetahuan Investasi, Literasi Keuangan Dan Pendapatan Terhadap Keputusan Investasi Dosen Dan Tendik Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta

This study aims to analyze the significance of the influence of investment knowledge, financial literacy, and income on investment decisions of lecturers and staff of Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data in the form of answers from respondents which are converted on a Likert scale. The data source used in this research is primary data. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires. The population in this study were 198 lecturers and staff of Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta and obtained a sample of 66 respondents using the Solvin formula with a sampling technique that is proportional random sampling. Data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive analysis, research instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and determination coefficient test (R2). The results of the study based on the validity and reliability tests showed that all statements regarding investment knowledge, financial literacy, income and investment decisions were declared valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test show that all variables pass the multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, and normally distributed tests. the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = - 0.870 - 0.026 X1 + 0.376 X2 + 0.690 X3 + e. The results of the t test (significance) proves that investment knowledge has an insignificant effect on the investment decisions of lecturers and tendik, while financial literacy and income have a significant effect on the investment decisions of lecturers and tendik. F test testing (model accuracy) shows that the regression model used in this study is appropriate. The results of the R2 test show that the magnitude of the contribution of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent is 92.3% and the remaining 7.7% is examined by other model variables.
