Operational activities of Leather Shoe Manufacturing Company is engaged in the production of shoes, potentially generating noise obtained from the machines in the manufacture of these shoes. Noise that occurs in production area buildings affects the health and comfort of workers. This research aims to determine noise levels, areas of noise exposure and analysis of noise causes. The noise measurement method refers to the noise mapping method and the sound level meter instrument. The data obtained was then processed into a contour map with variations in green, yellow, orange and red using Surfer 16 software. The research results showed that the highest noise was in column G row 25 with a noise value of 94 dB. This noise arises as a result of the production process which uses hammer machines and eyelet machines. Based on the calculation results, noise mapping is carried out using Surfer 16 software in order to find out which areas have the highest risk of noise hazards.
