In accordance with Decision Number: 657/Pid.B/2015/PNKis, it is stated that there is a Notary who has issued a copy of the deed, however, the minutes of the deed are not complete and the parties have not signed it. Researchers analyze that a deed that does that does not include the signature of the presenters, witnesses and notary cannot be called a deed minutes. If the Notary has issued a copy of the deed, but there is no minutes of the deed because the deed does not have complete signature from the parties present, then the Notary may be subject to sanctions in the from of legal liability, including administrative sanctions, civil sanctions or criminal sanctions. This research aims to determine indicators so that notaries can be held accountable for the authentic deeds they make. This type of research is normative research. This research uses a statutory approach. The analysis method in this research is qualitative analysis. The result of the research show that the indicator that a notary can be held accountable for the contents of the authentic deed he or makes is the presence of the natarys intention or negligence in making the authentic deed. Furthermore in making the authentic deed. Furthermore, the form of responsibility that can be imposed on a Notary for the deed he or she makes can be held accountable either in civil, criminal and administrative/ code of ethics terms. Based on these conclusions, it is recommended that notaries in the process of making authentic deeds should be carried out based on morals, ethics and the nature of being careful, thorough, objective and having good faith to comply with all applicable legal provisions.
