EFEKTIVITAS TERAPI MUROTTAL AL QUR’AN TERHADAP PENURUNAN SKALA NYERI PADA IBU POST SECTIO CAESAREA DI RSU SIAGA MEDIKA BANYUMAS

Latar belakang: nyeri pada area insisi merupakan masalah yang sering dialami ibu setelah operasi sectio caesarea. Salah satu terapi nonfarmakologis yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu menurunkan nyeri adalah terapi murottal Al-Qur’an yang memberikan efek relaksasi dan ketenangan.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas terapi murottal Al-Qur’an terhadap penurunan skala nyeri pada ibu post sectio caesarea di RSU Siaga Medika Banyumas. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experimental pendekatan one group pretest-posttest. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 37 responden. Pengukuran nyeri dilakukan menggunakan Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) sebelum dan sesudah pemberian terapi murottal Al-Qur’an.Hasil: rata-rata skala nyeri menurun dari 3 menjadi 2,08 setelah diberikan terapi murottal Al-Qur’an. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai p-value = 0,000 (p < 0,05), yang menunjukkan bahwa terapi murottal Al-Qur’an efektif menurunkan skala nyeri pada ibu post sectio caesarea.Kesimpulan: penelitian ini adalah terapi murottal Al-Qur’an efektif dalam menurunkan skala nyeri pada ibu post sectio caesarea. Terapi ini dapat digunakan sebagai intervensi pendamping dalam manajemen nyeri pasca operasi.Saran: bagi rumah sakit dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan membuat SOP, bagi penelitian selanjutnya dapat memberikan terapi Murottal Al Qur’an dengan intensitas yang lebih sering agar efeknya lebih optimal.
