Abstract

The problem with this research is that there is no research on Jombang MSME souvenir products in the Gusdur Tomb area on the performance of Jombang MSME products. The aim of this research is to see how the application of the Balance Scorecard has an impact on the performance of Sovenir MSMEs in the Gusdur Jombang religious tourism. The results of data analysis show that each perspective in the Balance Scorecard of finance, customers, internal business processes, and growth and learning has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. The product performance value of MSMEs is 0.393. finance 0.299. Customers 0.422. Internal Business 0.219. Growth and Development 0.418. By paying attention to these four perspectives in an integrated manner, MSMEs can optimize their resources, increase customer satisfaction, develop better product innovations and business processes, and encourage continuous growth and learning within the organization, which significantly contributes to improving business performance.
