Abstract

Restorative Justice is a justice system that does not focus on imposing punishment on offenders without considering the interests of society: essentially, juvenile crime is always influenced by economic and social pressures. As a result, many children are involved in criminal acts. For the purpose of this research, normative jurisprudence was used. Legal, case and concept-based methodologies. Several must be considered in every examination of a juvenile case, from investigation to prosecution. These include the age of the child, the type of criminal offense, the results of the bapas community research, community support, and the family. As facilitators and sole judges, judges have the authority to hear and decide juvenile cases at the first instance. The juvenile criminal justice system may need to protect children who continue to commit criminal offenses. One way is to implement various restorative justice methods. Judges responsible for examining and deciding juvenile cases must be proactive.
