MENINGKATKAN KEPERCAYAAN DIRI KEPADA ANAK PANTI ASUHAN NAZAR INDONESIA DALAM PENGEMBANGAN KARAKTER YANG LEBIH BAIK

Abstract

This field work practice was carried out in one of the orphanages in Medan. The activities carried out for 3 (three) months were carried out in order to solve the problems faced by the orphanage children. The method for finding the root of the problem is to use social analysis and conduct in-depth interviews with foster children, administrators and alumni. Bad past experiences, poor family environment, unclear background or different treatment in society make the assistant less confident. That self-confidence is very influential for future success. Therefore, through this Field Work Practice (PKL) activity, practitioners want to build self-confidence by using posters posted in the orphanage. So it will have a positive impact on clients
