Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the picture and picture learning model on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 095557 Sinaksak. The method in this research is a quantitative experimental type method whose research design is Quasy experimental design type one group pretest-posttest. The population in this study were all fourth grade students at SD Negeri 095557 Sinaksak with 24 students consisting of 11 female students and 13 male students. Purposing sampling was used with two research variables: the dependent variable (x) in the form of learning outcomes, and the variable free (y) in the form of a picture and picture model, a learning model that uses pictures and is paired or sequenced into logical ones. Images are very important to use to clarify understanding. Through pictures, students learn about things they have never seen before. Pictures can help teachers achieve instructional goals because apart from being a medium that is easy to obtain, they can also increase student activity. In addition, students' knowledge and understanding becomes broader, clearer, and not easily forgotten. Data collection techniques are test techniques with validity tests, reliability tests, difficulty level tests, and differentiating power tests. Test results using the Normality test, Homogeneity Test and T-test with the help of SPSS 22 Shapiro-Wilk, with the results tcount = significant value (2-tailed) < 0.05, namely 0.000 < 0.05, tcount > ttable = 13.608 > 4044 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Picture And Picture learning model on student learning outcomes in Subtheme 1 Various Class IV Work at State Elementary School 095557 Sinaksak..
